Zulkifli Merican Aljunid Merican is a senior lecturer in the Fundamental and Applied Science department at Universiti Teknologi Petronas.

He recently received the Best Poster Presentation Award (Silver Medal) at the 2024 Teaching and Learning Innovation Festival (TLIF2024) held on November 14, 2024. His award-winning paper, titled "Transforming Education in Malaysia: A Case Study of Multidisciplinary Project-Based Learning for Future-Ready Graduates at Universiti Teknologi Petronas," highlights innovative approaches to education."
