Enhancing employability through higher education How can universities help students to stand out in a post-Covid labour market?
Universities are coming under increased pressure to equip graduates with the skills needed to succeed in fast-changing workplaces. Boosting employability has always been a major motivator for students entering higher education, but now, with student debt rising in tandem with the cost of completing a degree and a labour market rocked by the pandemic, the need to be assured a good job on graduation is a higher priority.
