The European Commission has published a call for tenders for a study on the status of eInclusion measurement, analysis and approaches for improvement.
The contractor will be required to produce a study. The study will consist of a series of reports that will, in particular: review and analyse initiatives on, and relevant to, eInclusion and information and communication technology (ICT) for participation, including initiatives for monitoring, measurement tools and indicators in this area; make recommendations for future EU action in this area; make a prototype of a platform for monitoring, disseminating and exchanging information on eInclusion and eParticipation in the framework of eEurope and in connection with related initiatives.
