A picture in lecturers' union Natfhe's magazine, The Lecturer , gets to the heart of the strike over pay at London Metropolitan University.
One disheartened looking protester holds aloft a placard proclaiming:
"Dismss [sic] bosses not tutors". Perhaps Natfhe might consider forking out for a dictionary to give the campaign a little more credibility.
