SCOTLAND'S further education sector has consolidated its Private Finance Initiative success with the launch of a new Pounds 15 million campus for West Lothian College. This is only the second further education PFI project in the UK, following the January announcement of a Pounds 3.5 million campus for Falkirk College in Stirling. Enrolments at the new West Lothian College will rise to about 10,000.
