Glasgow Caledonian reforms management

Glasgow Caledonian University is implementing a range of reforms in advance of a National Audit Office report on alleged mismanagement. These include a review of employment procedures, new procedures for overseas travel, and new policy on the use of university vehicles. They are expected to be completed by May, exactly a year since the sudden departure of former principal Stan Mason. He was subsequently fired for gross misconduct after an inquiry found he had "abused his authority" by intervening in staffing decisions.
