London Guildhall University is facing damages claims for up to Pounds 500,000 from four students who were faced with an A-level question in a degree exam.
The students, who studied at South Thames College, part of LGU, have the support of a retired lecturer from their computing degree course for their claims of inadequate teaching.
The tutor who set the A-level question in a degree exam last year has been sacked. The students are claiming for loss of earnings and loss of chance. LGU is to contest the claims.
