Steve Martin new chief executive of Welsh Funding Councils

Steve Martin will become the new chief executive of the joint Welsh Funding Councils. Mr Martin, former director of the Welsh Office education department, will take over from John Andrews in May. He will remain head of Hefcw and will also lead the new Council for Education and Training for Wales.
