E-book agreement

Adobe Systems is to develop e-book publishing solutions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and InterTrust Technologies Corporation. The e-book market is expected to be a $2.3 billion industry by 2005, according to the American Association of Publishers. PricewaterhouseCoopers will provide global integration services using InterTrust technology coupled with Adobe's Portable Document Format software.
