A blueprint for Scottish lifelong learning over the next decade has been delayed until the end of October.
Alex Neil, convenor of the Scottish Parliament's enterprise and lifelong learning committee, said there were no internal disputes over the conclusions of the committee's 15-month review, which were due this week. The committee would present a unanimous report, he said, but it needed time to take account of evidence submitted after a public seminar earlier this year.
A parliamentary debate on the report is set for November .
