The European Commission has published a call for tenders for the e-Business Market Watch function (e-business watch).
The successful tenderers will continue and further develop the operation of the European 'e-Business Market Watch' function, established in late 2001 within the multiannual programme (MAP) 2001-2005.
The main objective is to improve the understanding of the impact of e-business at economic and policy levels and to assess European performance within the different sectors of the economy. This involves the periodic collection and analysis of statistical information, as well as the regular production of relevant reports, publications and events/workshops.
