I. INTRODUCTION
At its meeting on 26 and September 2002 the Group resumed its discussions on the above proposal with a view to Coreper's preparation of the debate to be held by the Agriculture Council in October.
The text as it now stands is contained in an addendum to this report.
The unresolved questions concerning the text are summarised in Chapter II below. 1
