The European Commission's Information Society DG has published a call for tenders to carry out a study on e-learning policy indicators.
The objective of this study is to obtain estimates for the e-learning indicator: 'number of pupils per computer with Internet connection (broadband/non broadband)' [Definition: only computers used for teaching purposes to be included].
The study should also include a measurement of information and communication technologies (ICT) usage in schools, the incorporation of ICT in the curricula and the development of new learning methods.
