Pope Benedict XVI has been given three scholarships to allow theology students at any of the Pontifical universities in Rome to study at the University of Bochum in Germany. The scholarships were offered by Jürgen Ruttgers, President of Rhineland-Westphalia, at a meeting with the Pope in Rome.
