A genetics student is able to continue his most popular persona in his part-time job as a strippagram after Scotland's Court of Appeal ruled that his extendable baton was not an offensive weapon. Stuart Kennedy, a student at the University of Aberdeen, had been cleared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court after his lawyer argued that his two batons were props. The Crown appealed, but the case has now been thrown out. Mr Kennedy may now resume using the batons in his role as "Sergeant Eros".
