Hospitality and tourism students got a taste of life in a Michelin-starred kitchen as they cooked with the celebrated chef Heston Blumenthal. The students at Thames Valley University were assisted by William Curley, the youngest-ever head patissier at the Savoy Hotel in London. A total of 85 guests enjoyed their efforts at the university's Pillars restaurant in West London. All profits from the event were donated to Chefs Adopt a School, a charity that supports healthy eating by educating children and young people about food, nutrition and health.
