ENERGY CONSCIOUS HOMES The Royal Society Lecture will be given by Jake Chapman and George Henderson on "How Energy Conscious is your Home?" on November 23 at 6pm.
Energy ratings on each home have now been developed, providing clear guidance on energy performance of properties.
Applications should also reach The Royal Society by October 30 for tickets to attend "The Current Status of Semiconductor Tunnelling Devices" to be held on November 8 and 9. The whole subject of tunnelling in semiconductors will be reviewed - the physics, design, fabrication, performance and manufacturability of tunnel devices and circuits.
