Totally bogus

九月 8, 2011

I was most amused to read David Willetts' comments that it should be possible for someone to "rent an office block and say you could study here for five key vocational qualifications" (The week in higher education, 1 September).

I thought he (or was it his predecessor?) had decided that such organisations were to be called "bogus colleges"? Could someone tell the UK Border Agency?
