The American College of Greece – Deree College

The American College of Greece- Deree, is the undergraduate and graduate division of the American College of Greece or ACG. ACG is located in Agia Paraskevi, Greece, and is the oldest American-accredited college in Europe and a not-for-profit institution. The institution traces its history back to 1875.

ACG- Deree was named after Socrates Derehanis who was a benefactor.

The institution offers undergraduate and graduate programmes in different disciplines such as business and economics, liberal arts and fine arts.

The college campus houses numerous amenities such as gymnasium, student housing, recreational facilities and spacious classrooms. In addition to this, ACG- Deree also has numerous clubs, societies and organisations.

The college also has an International Internship Programme (IIP) for its undergraduate students.

The American College of Greece- Deree has received accreditation from New England Commission of Higher Education. The Open University UK is also a partner institution and accredits the undergraduate programmes offered by the American College of Deree.

ACG-Decree also offers an Outbound Study Abroad Programme (OSAP), which provides its students with an opportunity to study at a partner institution in different major cities like Stanford, New York, Boston, San Francisco, San Diego, Shanghai, London, Rome, Seoul and Berlin.
