关于 International Hellenic University
The International Hellenic University was originally established in 2005 as Greece’s first public university where programmes were taught exclusively in English across three schools. In 2019 the university was re-established and now has campuses in Thessaloniki (Thermi and Sindos), Kavala, Serres, Drama, Katerini, Edessa, Kilkis, and Didymoteicho.
The university's main campus is located in Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece.
The university is home to nine schools and 33 academic departments. Its schools include the school of geosciences, school of health sciences, school of design sciences, school of exact sciences, school of social sciences, school of engineering, school of economics and business administration, school of humanities, social sciences and economics, and the school of science and technology.
In the University Centre of International Programmes of Studies, all programmes are taught exclusively in English. The school of humanities, social sciences and economics and the school of science and technology belong to the centre.
The university is fully equipped with facilities including virtual classrooms, molecular ecology/molecular biology labs, and a digital manufacturing and materials characterisation lab.
Outside the classroom, students can get involved in the university’s various social clubs and student activities. These include arts and crafts club, language exchange club, yoga club, and international food club.
