Thank you for your interest in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2026!

The data collection portal for the Times Higher Education World University Rankings will open soon. The ranking will be published on October 2025. If you register now, we will notify you once the data collection cycle commences again on Monday 13 January 2025.

There are no fees/costs to participate in our rankings. Please note we require your official work email address to be registered. In order to ensure that all Ranking and Survey email communications are received, we highly recommend you to inform your IT department to add the following email addresses and IP's to your “safe sender” and/or “whitelists”: timeshighereducationdata.com and IP: 129.41.167.245. Plus, timeshighereducationsurvey.com and IP: 129.41.167.238

By submitting the form, you will be registered as a data provider for your institution. You will receive access to the secure data collection portal and all updates throughout the ranking cycle.

Please note that if you participated in last year’s World University Rankings data collection, this means you already have registered a data provider with us. Therefore you do not have to submit the form as your institution is automatically enrolled for the next cycle. Please email us directly at profilerankings@timeshighereducation.com if you would like to review or make amendments to your data provider(s).
