International Education Professional Certificate

The International Education Professional Certificate (IEPC) had been created in partnership with Times Higher Education, Common Purpose and NAFSA. The IEPC has been created to empower and develop international educators at different stages in their career – from early career to established, senior professionals.

The IEPC is a comprehensive 12-module online course providing knowledge, skills and competencies to succeed in a global education career, built on the NAFSA International Education Professional Competencies™ 2.0.

The initial course will be a foundational one, aimed at individuals with up to three years of experience in international education, including recent graduates entering the field or professionals transitioning from other industries into international education (IE).

How much does it cost?

The full course costs USD$695 for NAFSA members and $795 for non-members. Packages of 3 modules cost $225 for NAFSA members and $300 for non-members. Bulk pricing is available, please contact us for further details at iepc@timeshighereducation.com

How can the IEPC be completed?

The IEPC is made up of 12 modules. The IEPC is delivered asynchronously online, allowing learners to access course materials and complete modules at their convenience.

What is included in each package?

There are four packages: Decision Making, Compliance Care, Inclusive Programs, and Agile Leadership. A full description of each package and its courses will be available soon.

Who delivers the IEPC?

The course content will be available on the Common Purpose platform and has been developed by experts in international education, drawing upon the knowledge and experience of the NAFSA International Education Professional Competencies™ 2.0.

What will I receive at the end of the programme?

When you successfully complete the programme, you will receive a personalised IEPC certificate, e-mail signature and social media badge, which you can proudly display.
