Accommodation
Approved counsellors will receive one night of deluxe hotel accommodation on a shared twin-room basis between Tuesday 1 April to Wednesday 2 April 2025 at the Hotel Meliá Paulista in São Paulo. Buffet breakfast is included.
Please note that there are a limited number of hotel rooms available, and they are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We therefore cannot guarantee rooms to counsellors applying after 15 December 2024 but all approved counsellors from outside São Paulo will be guaranteed a room as long as you apply by the deadline.
Early registration is therefore recommended as there are a limited number of places in the event. Please note that If two counsellors from the same school are approved to participate, they must share the same room.
Hotel Check-in: 1 April 2025
Hotel Check-out: 2 April 2025
Networking Cocktail Reception and Dinner
The Cocktail Reception and Dinner is an important aspect of the event and will take place on the evening of Tuesday 1 April 2025. This is the perfect opportunity to meet other counsellors from across Brazil as well as the participating international education institutions in a relaxed environment.
In just two days, you will:
Meet experienced representatives from International Universities who have been flown into São Paulo by BMI/THE specifically for this event, as well as fellow counsellors from across the region.
Receive the latest updates on undergraduate admissions criteria and application procedures to International Universities.
Participate in a series of world-class professional development sessions as part of the Times Higher Education Counsellor Accreditation Programme (THE CAP).
The Brazil International Schools Forum & Workshop is therefore a must-attend event for gathering new insights on international education, enhancing the way you support students applying overseas, and staying up-to-date on undergraduate admissions.
