By completing this form you are applying to be considered for the BMI/THE India International Schools Forum & Workshop and will receive a response regarding your place via email. The India International Schools Forum & Workshop in Goa takes place on 22-24 October 2024. Return air travel to Goa from your country and deluxe hotel accommodation on a twin-shared basis is provided free of charge to all approved counsellors. If two counsellors from the same school are approved to participate, they must share the same room and must pay the air fare to Goa for the second counsellor.
All applicants must have completed the THE Counsellor Accreditation Programme (THE CAP) before 15 September 2024 to be confirmed for the event. THE CAP can be completed in 12 hours online at your own speed and full details can be found at https://www.timeshighereducation.com/counsellor/the-cap
The deadline to apply for this event is 10 August 2024.
This description of your school will be published in the online appointment system used by all participants as well as printed in the Event Handbook, which is given to the participating international education institutions. This should be a maximum of 200 words and include a description of your school, location, curriculum, and any other information you may want to highlight to the international education institutions.

For your application to be considered, you must have already submitted a photo (headshot) of the applicant, and an image of the school logo. Before you submit this form, please send both images in JPG, PNG, JPEG or GIF format (max 2 MB) to counsellor@timeshighereducation.com

BMI will provide free hotel accommodation during the event, on a twin-shared basis with another participating counsellor from the same sex, to all approved participants at The Westin Goa in Goa. This is the same location where the event will be taking place. If you opt for single-room accommodation, this is available at a supplement of USD 325 per night. Should you require an extra night before or after the free nights, please send us an email for a quotation.
A credit card will be required by the hotel to allow check-in for your room. The card will not be charged unless you use extra services from the hotel such as room service, laundry, extra nights, extra meals, drinks, etc. If you decide to cancel your participation for any reason after your air ticket has been issued, you will be required to pay a cancelation fee to cover the air ticket and the cost of the hotel accommodation provided. By completing this form and submitting it in any format to BMI, you confirm you speak English – which is necessary for the seminars and meetings – and accept the event Terms & Conditions below. We will notify you within 10 days if your application has been approved. You also hereby grant permission to the rights of your image, likeness, and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or videotape without payment or any other consideration.
