Researchers at Durham University are appealing for 60 new-born babies to help a study on changing tastes. The babies will be filmed at age three months, nine months and 15 months to discover their reactions to pictures, objects and moving images. Anne Campbell, senior lecturer in psychology, hopes to discover how their preferences change and how quickly they recognise themselves. The Economic and Social Research Council is giving Pounds 50,000 to the project.
