Scotland's 47 further education colleges are being told to look at working more closely together as part of their strategic planning.
The Scottish Further Education Funding Council yesterday published its long-awaited report on fostering collaboration and rationalisation, which it says can lead to better planning, higher quality courses and more value for money.
