Lord Justice to probe Broers allegations

CAMBRIDGE University chancellor, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, is to appoint a retired Lord Justice to investigate allegations made by lecturer Gill Evans under the university's harassment rules against vice chancellor Alec Broers. Dr Evans, who has been campaigning to change Cambridge's promotions procedures in the High Court and through an industrial tribunal, claims that she will never get promoted because "senior officials" at Cambridge are "hostile" to her.
