Organ code mooted

The Retained Organs Commission, set up by the government to establish a regulatory framework on human organ and tissue retention, has issued a consultation paper on the legal status of tissue blocks and slides. The commission, which offers guidance to universities and the National Health Service, has set a three-month consultation.
