Project aims for simultaneous computing

VIRTUAL teamwork may soon be a working reality, thanks to a project underway in St Andrews University's computing division. Researchers there are developing a computer system which will allow users in different places to access the same document at the same time and make additions and alterations to it. The initiative has won almost Pounds 300,000 in funding from bodies including SHEFC.
