A new law qualification is to be introduced in Scotland to help master's students kick-start a career in construction law. Candidates at the Robert Gordon University studying for an LLM/MSc in construction law and arbitration will now be able to obtain a formal qualification in construction adjudication. The course, which focuses on specialist dispute resolution, will be taught by experienced adjudicators.
