Educationists from all corners of the country turned up at the Nuffield review into 14-to-19 education and training. Countless universities, not to mention unions, pressure groups and educational trusts attended.
It seems just one organisation was missing: the Department for Education and Skills. Richard Pring of Oxford University, an author of the review, described it as "rather sad that everyone is here but them".
Peep is sure there were tears all round.
