Stagecoach owner shows he has a heart

Brian Souter, owner of the Stagecoach company, has given Glasgow University Pounds 1 million towards the cost of Scotland's first magnetic resonance imaging scanner dedicated to heart disease research. Mr Souter is also expected to give a similar amount to the campaign against the repeal of Section 28, which forbids the promotion of homosexuality in schools.
