SCOTTISH education minister Brian Wilson has promised a review of the Student Awards Agency for Scotland in the wake of this session's fiasco of delayed fees and grants, blamed on computer problems. Mr Wilson, who had told the agency to process most applications by the end of October, said it had processed 90 per cent of the 97,000 applications received by mid-September.
