A senior lecturer was unfairly sacked for complaining about inaccuracies in his colleague's books, a tribunal was due to hear this week. As Whistleblowers revealed last November, Rob Slack, a senior lecturer at the University of North London's Business School, complained when his colleague recommended two of his own accounting textbooks to students. He was later charged with harassment and misconduct. Mr Slack's tribunal case was due to finish after The THES went to press.
