The University of Glamorgan has become the first institution in Wales to join iTunes U, the web-based lecture-download service. A dedicated area of the iTunes store, iTunes U offers free audio and video content from universities around the world. Users can download any content that interests them, whether they are students or not. Richard Tunstall, senior lecturer at the Glamorgan Business School, said the service would "provide an opportunity to share the exciting ideas coming out of Wales, from students through to professors, and illustrate why Wales is such an exciting place to be".
