A double masters programme in international studies launched by universities in Britain and Singapore aims to give students a global perspective. The University of Warwick has teamed up with Nanyang Technological University to provide a full-time course for students, who will spend their first year at Warwick and their second at NTU. Richard Higgott, professor of international political economy at Warwick, said: "This programme will help create a new generation of policymakers and researchers who will have a truly international perspective of the issues and problems facing us today."
