Three consultants have been appointed to advise education ministers on the sale of student loan debt to the private sector. Merchant bankers N. M. Rothschild & Sons Ltd will advise on plans to sell some of the debt, management consultants Shreeveport Ltd will advise on contracting out the administration of the Student Loans Company and Lovell White, and Durrant will provide legal advice.
