Your use of the "Christian union" ("Archbishop hits back", December 8) is wrong. The "u" should always be capitalised. A "Christian Union" is a group affiliated to the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship, a body with an explicit agenda of extreme Protestantism (I use this word deliberately as I feel it would be more widely understood among non-Christians than the word "evangelical" that they prefer).
It is not a union of all Christians, although its name and the material it produces often, misleadingly, suggests it is - I would suggest deliberately, and offensively to those of us who are Christians in the Catholic tradition.
