Having just been involved in the Uniaid bursary scheme launch at the House of Lords, I find it hard to believe that anyone can be opposed to the work Uniaid is doing.
Hearing the students' moving stories filled us all with emotion and opened, for me, a personal reflection on my own good fortune.
These young people have been given a great chance by Uniaid. It is a shame your letter writer could not have been at this fantastic event to see exactly what Uniaid has already managed to achieve.
