TREVOR Clark, a former bursar at the Royal Academy of Arts, was this week jailed for four years after being caught filching Pounds 400,000 from the institution. The cash-strapped academy said that a management committee had been set up to prevent a repeat. The committee will be made up of academics, senior staff and trustees.
