Cleaners, caretakers, clerks and receptionists at Oxford Brookes University have been invited to join a "return to learn" initiative set up with Unison, Britain's largest trade union. The project is designed for staff who have had little previous access to formal training. It will allow them to develop team work, leadership, communication and report writing skills.
