Brian Wilson gets Gaelic

Brian Wilson, the Scottish Office minister for education and industry, has been given special responsibility for Gaelic in a pioneering Government initiative. Mr Wilson has championed Gaelic education during his ten years as an MP, and the government's manifesto pledges support for the University of the Highlands and Islands project, whose network of further education colleges includes Sabhal Mor Ostaig on Skye, Scotland's only Gaelic college.
