Do-it-all female bosses Women bosses are more autocratic than their male counterparts, research for the Manchester Business School suggests. Early findings from an ongoing study of 5,700 companies by MBS fellow Syeda-Masooda Mukhtar show that women are more reluctant to delegate work. Women also take fewer risks, growing businesses organically rather than through "aggressive deal making".
