The UNIVERSITY of East Anglia has appointed a management consultant as its new vice chancellor. In October, Vincent Watts, 56, senior partner at the $3.5-billion turnover Andersen Consulting, will replace Dame Elizabeth Esteve-Coll, who has been forced into premature retirement through multiple sclerosis.
