Ministry hears Dearing student complaints

The Department for Education and Employment met students and representatives from universities, colleges and the Higher Education Funding Council for England this week to discuss Sir Ron Dearing's recommendations concerning student complaints. The issue is likely to be tackled in the education white paper published later this year.
