Defer tuition fees north of border, says SNP

The Scottish National Party, which is holding its annual conference in Rothesay, has backed a resolution from the Federation of Student Nationalists calling on the government to postpone the introduction of tuition fees and the scrapping of the grants system "until the Scottish parliament makes a decision on the matter".
