Another meningitis death hits Southampton

A THIRD Southampton University fresher has died from meningitis. The latest case, the sixth to hit the university in the past month, was at a different hall of residence from the first five cases. The university is now offering antibiotics and vaccinations to all 18,500 staff and students. Four students have died from the disease this year.
