THE Scottish National Party says it would cost the government at most only Pounds 250,000 a year to end the anomaly whereby English, Welsh and Northern Irish students will pay more to study in Scotland than their Scottish and European counterparts. The SNP will call on the education department to fund the extra cost of Scottish honours degrees for UK-domiciled students in the Commons next Thursday.
