The pro vice-chancellor who made the controversial decision to lower the pass mark at Thames Valley University last autumn has resigned. Susanne Haselgrove is to become a visiting fellow at Cambridge University. In a statement in TVU's staff bulletin Dr Haselgrove said she was leaving because of her many external commitments.
