NAPIER University has won a Pounds 48,000 BT University Development Award for its work towards quantifying students' part-time work into accredited units of degree courses. Work such as part-time bar work can be integrated into degree courses.
Other winners, sharing Pounds 500,000, were the universities of Leeds, Southampton, Glamorgan, Northumbria and Edinburgh, and Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh.
